Rethink. Rebuild. Renew.

About the Project

Sierra Leone is one of the poorest countries in the the world. A group of teachers and parents in Victoria, BC formed a society in 2003 to improve the learning conditions of the 500 students of Ahmadiyya Primary School in Taiama, Sierra Leone. With generous donations from the Victoria and Vancouver communities, they have built ten classrooms, a well, a garden, and a block of latrines, and this year, a health center.
